![]() His grandchildren and great-grandchildren loved the magic and wonder he instilled in their lives. He always had a word of encouragement, a wink, or a smile for anyone in need. Bryce was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all. He was a humble and honest servant of his Heavenly Father and most would say the hardest working person they knew. His character, integrity, strong stature yet gentle nature was admired by all. Bryce was a great man who lived an exemplary life. After retirement, Bryce and Sally were "snowbirds" sharing time between their homes in Hurricane and Aurora, Utah. He was an avid TV sports fan who loved the Utah Jazz, BYU and even the U of U. He also enjoyed square and line dancing, traveling, rock collecting, root beer floats, Oreos and Chuck-A-Rama. Keeping a beautiful yard and garden was always a source of great pride for Bryce. They owned Anderson Landscape, enhancing the grounds of major hotels in the Salt Lake valley and winning many awards for their artistic creations. On November 13, 1982, Bryce married Sally Coutta Davis and were later sealed in the Jordan River Temple. He was a positive influence in the lives of countless young men, giving them guidance and teaching them values to use in their lives. He also served many years as a scout leader in both the Salt Lake and South Jordan areas. He held many priesthood positions and callings, including serving as Bishop of the Millcreek Ward in Salt Lake City. Bryce was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Later he was employed by Pearson Enterprises as grounds manager for their many hotels. Hogle, Bryce and others were off to Santa Barbara, California to participate in the California Tradition of the Rancheros Visitadores Ride. ![]() In 1961, Bryce and family moved to Salt Lake City where he worked for the Hogle family at Fantasy Ranch training quarter horses for show and racing. They were later sealed in the Manti Temple. Bryce married Maxine Swain they were blessed with four children. He formed his own band, Bryce's Arcadians and traveled throughout central Utah playing dance music for many years. Bryce excelled in music, playing the saxophone, trumpet and clarinet. Bryce graduated from North Sevier High School, where he was student body president, involved in the music program and was the drum major for the marching band. ![]() He was born Decemin Salina, Utah to Carl and Armanella Jesson Anderson.
